Anyone for tea?!

Visit our Refreshment Stall at the Woodstock Craft and Gift Fair on March 31st & April 1st.  
 Saturday 10.00am - 5.00pm
 will be serving coffee, tea, soft drinks, croissants, pain au chocolat, 
light lunches, cakes & scones throughout the day.

Christmas Party catering in Oxford and beyond!

Cold Buffet - you can design your own menu by choosing any items from the following list or from any of our Buffet menus:

Platter of Coronation chicken garnished with dried cranberries, apricots and toasted flaked almonds on a bed of spinach
Platter of honey roast ham with wholegrain mustard, and blue cheese, chive and soured cream dressing
Platter of roast beef with English mustard, creamed horseradish sauce and radishes
Platter of roast turkey with with mayonnaise and cranberry sauce
Smoked salmon and Gravadlax, dill and mustard sauce, rye bread and soured cream
Platter of smoked fish - smoked trout, smoked salmon and smoked mackerel with caper mayonnaise and a mustard and dill dressing
Platter of king prawns with aioli, Marie Rose sauce or roasted red pepper, paprika and garlic mayonnaise
Sticky redcurrant jelly and wholegrain mustard cocktail sausages
Turkey, buttery leek and chestnut tart
Ham, sage and chive tart
Salmon, spring onion, Cheddar and soured cream tart
Spinach, walnut and Stilton tart
Mushroom, brandy and soured cream filo parcels
Brie and cranberry filo parcels
Selection of salads including:
Mixed leaf salad and croutons with French dressing
Rocket, spinach and watercress salad with raspberry vinaigrette

Hot Buffet - 2 or 3 courses

Celeriac and Stilton soup
Butternut squash and rocket soup
Butterbean, bacon and sage soup
Cream of chestnut and brandy soup with herb croutons
Sage and garlic ciabatta
Smoked salmon, crème fraiche and dill blinis

Turkey escalope  roulade with a pork, chestnut, parsley and lemon stuffing, gravy, roast potatoes, parsnips and sprouts
Turkey or chicken or pork Dijon –  mushrooms in a white wine, sherry and mustard sauce served with rice
Turkey or chicken Alexander – chicken with mushrooms and peppers in a creamy white wine and dry sherry sauce served with rice
Braised beef stroganoff – in a brandy, paprika and sour cream sauce served with rice
Salmon en croute - layers of salmon, tarragon butter and spinach served with buttered new potatoes
Cod Wellington – layers of cod, mushrooms, shallots and thyme, wrapped in puff pastry served with buttered new potatoes
Quorn escalope with herb stuffing, gravy, roast potatoes, parsnips and sprouts
Quorn ‘Wellington’
Goats cheese, roasted red pepper, toasted hazelnuts and mushrooms ‘Wellington’ with a creamed leek sauce
Braised mushroom stroganoff – in a brandy, paprika and sour cream sauce served with rice
Gnocchi with mixed mushrooms, sage butter, toasted pine nuts, spinach and mascarpone
